Title 75, §1362.1 Would authorize a license plate for veterans of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Upon application of any person who is a veteran of the military intervention against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, which encompasses campaigns in Iraq, Syria and Libya. The special registration plate may be used only on a passenger car or truck with a registered gross weight of not more than 14,000 pounds.

Title 75, §1352.2 Authorizes a Special Fund "Pollinator Habitat" license plate.

Supports the Pollinator Habitat Program Fund. Plate may be used only on a passenger car, motor home, trailer or truck with a registered gross weight of not more than 14,000 pounds.
Title 75, §1363.1 Authorizes a license plate for Afghanistan and Iraq veterans (need to have served in both conflicts).

Upon application of any person who is a veteran of the liberation or occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq. Plate may be used only on a passenger car or truck with a registered gross weight of not more than 14,000 pounds.
Title 75, §1366.2 Authorizes a "Blue Star Family" license plate.

Upon application of a family member of a person who is an active duty service member in the military, including a reserve component or National Guard.
Title 75, §1366.3 Authorizes a license plate for recipients of the Air Medal.

Upon application of any person who is a recipient of the Air Medal, the department shall issue a special registration plate designating the vehicle so licensed as belonging to a person who is a recipient of the Air Medal. Plate may be used only on a passenger car or truck with a registered gross weight of not more than 14,000 pounds.

Chapter 77 of Title 75 of the PA Consolidated Statutes Would authorize registration and license plates for off-highway motorcycles. Would provide legal access to trails on public lands similar to ATVs and Snowmobiles. Revenues generated from OHM registrations would be used for trail development and maintenance.

House Bill 1509

Multiple sections of Title 75 Would create a new two-in-one sticker to be placed on a vehicle’s license plate, and would combine the requirement that a vehicle pass inspection and be registered. The elimination of validation stickers has created a loss of revenue.

Legislation to create a USA Semiquincentennial (250 years) license plate, similar to the Bicentennial Plate, with the phrase “Let Freedom Ring”, for issuance between 2021 and 2026.

Title 75, §1364 Authorizes the use of vintage license plates. The more common term is "YOM" or "year of manufacture." In other words, a vehicle (car, motorcycle, truck, bus, etc.) can use a PA license plate of the same year as the vehicle's year. Years allowed are 1906 - 1975.
