- Observed serial range: 00001 K/I - current high - Type posted as pending/proposed on 11/26/2005, prototype image added on 10/13/2006, moved to Special Organization on 11/25/2006. In May 2009, before the plate went into production, the organization chose to cancel the program due to lack of plate orders.
