- Observed serial range: 00001 K/I - current high - Type posted as pending/proposed on 11/26/2005, prototype image added on 10/13/2006, moved to Special Organization on 11/25/2006. In May 2009, before the plate went into production, the organization chose to cancel the program due to lack of plate orders. The plate program was reactivated in April or May 2015 and plates were on the roads shortly thereafter. |
